A Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts is not entered in the commercial register (Handelsregister). There is currently no entry in the company register (Gesellschaftsregister).
VAT identification number
Neither a VAT identification number pursuant to section 27a UStG (German VAT Act) nor a business identification number (Wirtschafts-Identifikationsnummer) pursuant to section 139c AO (German Fiscal Code) currently exists. We will add it here as soon as one is issued.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation. However, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
